Shipping & Return /Exchange Policy

 

-ALL SALES ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD WITH A CORRESPONDING DIGITAL IMAGE ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD,  NO RETURNS ARE PERMITTED. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

-EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: PHOTOGRAPHIC OR VIDEO EVIDENCE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS MUST BE PROVIDED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT TO HELLO@SRICHARDSONPHOTOS.COM IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE. SHARDE RICHARDSON PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUSTAINED TO PRODUCTS VIA THIRD PARTY SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

-SHARDE RICHARDSON PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC WILL NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX OR UNVERIFIED ADDRESSES.

-ALL transactions will be charged sales taxes if applicable. 

​

-Shipping & handling will be reflected in total at check out.

​

-All transactions in the online store are processed via Affirm or Wix merchant services to ensure buyers protection.

​

-Please allow 10-15 business days  after processing before shipment of your order. 

​

-Tracking information will be available and provided to your email address on file after your package is shipped. 

​

-After order has been placed it is not able to be cancelled.

Sharde Richardson Photography, LLC is available for in-person products pick-up:
-In-person pick-up will be available Mon- Wed 12PM-5PM
-In-person pick-up or delivery requires inspection of merchandise by the -client and a signed waiver releasing Sharde Richardson Photography, LLC of any future claims of defects or damages to the deliverables.
-A copy of your confirmation email is required via in-person pick-up.
